U12A rugby team enjoy success at sevens tournament

LOGS is very proud of the U12A rugby team which competed in the Snell Cup hosted by Brighton College this month.

The team had never played together in a match yet still did themselves proud in the sevens tournament by winning five out of seven games, drawing one and losing one.

The team finished second in their group and went through to the Snell Plate competition where they were unbeaten and so won the plate trophy.

PE teacher Harry Sperring said: “Despite never having played together in a match, every player was exceptional and we were very proud of their performance. A great day.”
