LOGS Students Shine at ISA Athletics Finals

On Monday 16th June, 8 talented students from LOGS travelled to Birmingham to compete in the Independent Schools Athletics Finals. Representing the school with pride, the team took part in 10 events including the Long Jump, Javelin, Discus, and Triple Jump.

Their efforts paid off with an outstanding set of results: Monty earned gold medals in both Discus and Javelin, Herbie took gold in the Long Jump and Eli claimed gold in Discus. Eliza secured a silver medal in the High Jump, while Maya earned silver in the Triple Jump and added a bronze in the Long Jump.

Among the standout moments, Year 7 student Monty set a new championship record for his year group in the Javelin, while both Louis and Eliza achieved personal bests in their respective events.

These fantastic achievements highlight the talent and commitment of our students here at LOGS. We are incredibly proud of all who took part and congratulate them on their outstanding effort at the ISA Athletics Finals.
