Athlete Rosie triumphs at the Sussex championships

LOGS is very proud to report that Rosie Kornevall won both the 200m and the 300m, achieving personal bests, at the Sussex Track and Field championships at the weekend at Crawley.

Rosie won the 200m under 17W gold medal with a time of 25.97 and the 300m under 17W gold medal with a time of 41.79. Her 200m time is 0.01 secs from the English schools qualifying standards time, so very close indeed. The 200m time puts her in 4th place in the south east of England.

Rosie is also in the middle of her GCSEs  – which makes this achievement all the more impressive! Well done Rosie!
